Press release from Orbro about our new service, AssociationVoting.com.
Howell, MI, 6/28/2007 - Orbro announces AssociationVoting.com: a
simple, easy-to-use online voting system for member associations and
organizations.
The AssociationVoting.com vision is simplicity: in three easy steps,
have your organization up and voting. Create an account, upload your
member database, then set up your ballot. Pay an annual fee for use of
the system with no per-ballot fee, up to 10,000 members.
And, if that isn't simple enough, it gets better: if you like what you
see, but don't want to set it up yourself, Orbro offers a ballot set
up service. Send us your member database, your ballot language, and
your instructions, and we'll set it up for you for a nominal fee.
AssociationVoting.com currently supports issues and elected
positions. For issues, enter a description of the proposition and the
options available for your members to select. For a position, enter the
candidates, candidate bios, the maximum number of candidates that can be
selected, and the position appears on the ballot. The management
interface reports winners by majority vote.
An online trial will be available by July 10, 2007 so that you can
try it out before you buy. New voting accounts will be ready for use by
August 1, 2007.
If you have complex voting rules -- instant run-off, preference voting,
weighted votes -- please contact us at info@associationvoting.com
to discuss your specific needs.
